Riverglades Private Estate is a self-contained strata titled village that contains 199 strata titled lots. Most residents are long term owners or tenants.

We have a large number of facilities available for the exclusive use of residents.

Riverglades Private Estate is efficiently managed by an elected Council of Owners on a voluntary basis for the benefit of all owners.

Secure, strata titled units are available for either purchase or rent. Enquiries about these should only be directed to local real estate agents. We will be unable to assist you with these enquiries.

Riverglades Private Estate is unique in that owners of the buildings are able to own the land that the building sits on. Strata fees are affordable.
