Residents at the Riverglades Resort, both owners and tenants, tend to be seniors from a multitude of backgrounds. There are many family members, children and grandkids to join in the mix.
Security and safety is always a priority concern of the management. There are perimeter fences, security cameras, and speed humps. Residents keep a watchful eye out for any potential problems. Speed limits and parking regulations are strictly enforced for the benefit of all.
Some residents own the strata title land and their units set upon that land. Others own the unit and rent only the land. Others still rent both the land and their units. All residents are entitled to share in all the facilities and are encouraged to do so. Essentially the Riverglades Private Estate is a home to us all.
